Would have given five stars just for the food but only two stars for the service, but since this is a new restaurant I choose to help them by giving four stars. The cuts of meat were delicious especially top sirloin, fillet mignon, ribeye, lamb chop, chicken wrapped in bacon, Brazilian sausage, & flank steak. The salad bar was excellent with many fresh ingredients. The service was so confused. Couldn't get a refill on anything or replace missing items from the table. GET IT TOGETHER.......we were a group of 12 people!! We had to order drinks from the bar after the meal & bring it ourselves to the table. They even couldn't figure out the bill with separate checks & bring our change.

My girlfriend and I decided to visit this churrascaria while on vacation. My girlfriend is Brazilian and has eaten at many churrascarias before. Unfortunately, our experience at this establishment was abysmal. The rice and beans (feijao) were already dried out. Additionally, it took awhile before any gauchos brought meat out to our table. We sampled the meats below: Chicken wrapped in bacon: Completely dry and akin to sandpaper. Picanha (top sirloin): Traditionally a Brazilian steakhouse staple, the Picanha my girlfriend received resembled charcoal and my cut was passable at best. Sadly enough, this was the best cut of meat we had that night. Although my piece was relatively tender, there was almost no flavor. Flank Steak: I'm not sure how you mess up flank steak, but they achieved it. The steak was tough and too chewy. Ribeye: My girlfriend did not try the ribeye (good move on her part) which was incredibly dry and tough. Brazilian Pork Sausage: Not terrible but it did not taste like traditional Brazilian Pork Sausage. Garlic Sirloin: The gaucho came around with a skewer that was medium-rare and one that was medium-well. I chose medium-rare and the piece I received was without doubt well done. Honestly, I am not sure if the gaucho mistakenly gave me a piece off the medium-well skewer. If not, I don't even want to imagine what that would have tasted like. Filet Mignon wrapped in bacon: Not bad but forgettable. Grilled Pineapple: Although not meat, it was juicy and delicious. Would recommend. Additionally, the pao de queijo (cheese bread) was not only strangely shaped but also did not taste quite right. My girlfriend and I went in with high hopes but left completely disappointed and dissatisfied. I would never recommend this restaurant to any individual.

Wow! Having eaten at several mediocre Chuhascarria's in the states, I was cautiously optimistic about this experience! What a treat this place was! With a moderately upscale decor, a friendly staff, and great presentation, the price tag quickly began to fade into the distance. Mario and Raymond made sure we were well taken care of, and the Gauchos delivered consistent, delicious high quality food. Lamb chops, garlic rubbed steak, filet, grilled sausages, and flank steak were among our favorites. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to put down some delicious protein in a nice atmosphere!!

Food was fantastic the service horrible. Went for Valentines they didn't have enough servers. We couldn't get our drinks filled nor a dessert menus.

If I could put no stars I would . We should have gone to golden coral instead . Waited 1hr to sit and there was more people in bar than dinning room. Served more chicken than steak . Would not recommend have had better food at waffle house

Great restaurant but can be a little pricey so if you're looking to try it get the Groupon that seems to be available almost every other week. Great salad bar and the meats are heavenly. Every cut came out either medium rare or rare which is fine by my standards and the bacon wrapped mignon is truly a gift from the gods. Definitely worth a visit if you have not been to this type of establishment.

Owner was nice. Salad bar was very good. Meat where not worth my time ever again. I really have no problem dropping $150 for three but when you take your stepson out with his mom to show a Brazilian steakhouse do it somewhere else. Salty, fatty, not impressed. I feel bad taking time to do this but want to protect others. Please go somewhere else save your money and tummy.

I used to love this place until last night. My boyfriend and i made reservations at 8 for our Valentines Day dinner. We arrived around 7:45 it was pretty busy so we didn't mind waiting for a hostess to greet us. She finally arrived and she was like to yall need help? We said yes, we have reservations for 8. She said come on and took us to our table. She was pretty rude but we just shrugged it off. We then sat our table for 20 minutes before anyone approached us. One of the guys who carry the meat asked us why we didn't have any plates and we politely told him that our waiter hadn't came over to our table yet. He told us to hold on and then was gone for about 5 minutes. Another waiter from a different section came to our table and said that he wasn't our waiter but he would go ahead and take our drink orders. He came back about 10 minutes later with our drinks. We still hadnt received our plates so we got up and walked over to the salad bar and got some plates from there. Finally, 40 minutes into our meal our waiter came over and introduced himself. We said thank you and then he disappeared the rest of the meal. Our drinks were empty 3 times and he would walk by us look at our drinks, and then turn around and help the tables on both sides of us. We finally had to stop him from walking passed us a 5th time and have him refill our drinks. Other than the terrible service, we only received 3 meats that were on the menu, all of which were dried out and tough. I will never return to this establishment.

We were eyeing this place for a very long time and decided to give it a chance finally! Let me say I was very surprised at how great the service and food were. If you are looking for yummy meat, an awesome salad bar and hot bar then you should give this place a chance. For a Friday night it was not very crowded but the customers inside were enjoying themselves. We ate well and drank well! I went home very satisfied and on a very full tummy!

We had a really good time. They bring out dozens of meat that you can try. My favorite was the flank steak and the lamb chops. All in all everything was very good and I had to unbutton my pants to leave the building. It was a great experience.

Took my husband here for his birthday. It was TERRIBLE! Waiter was barely around. We had to raise our hands pretty much to get her attention for just water. Meat was dry and the sausage was the worst flavor of meat I have ever tried! Wine was cheap. We eventually stood up and just asked for the check. We just stood there in the front for her to ring us up. We asked for the manager and they didn't even care!!! Then to top it off I saw a cockroach on my way out. I brought it to their attention they didn't even care and didn't even pick it up. The outside was messy and had cigarettes every where! Please save your time and money. NOT WORTH IT!

Enjoyed dinner and great service; we left feeling fat and happy. The waiter was very receptive to our needs and so we're all of the "meat" servers. We will defiantly be revisiting this establishment in the near future. Word to the wise....come hungry and wear elastic waist pants‼ Raymond was our server...A+‼

Just make sure you go hungry, between the salad bar and the hot sides don't get carried away and eat too much before the beef, chicken, sausage and lamb come out. Needless to say I got over stuffed. Oh I forgot about the brown sugar pineapple and the desserts, we had the creme brûlée. We will be back. Almost forgot, the service was the best it could be.

Amazing from start to finish.. Everything so hot and fresh. Salad bar had SO much!! And great selections!! The meats were all well seasoned and cooked to perfection. We all loved it!!

I've been to Brazilian steakhouses before, and I must say I was disappointed. The food is good, but I there is a serious lack of flow from the kitchen. I think they intentionally drag out the rate at which meat comes out of the kitchen so you will fill up more at the salad bar. At $30 a person, I had higher expectations. They also had WAY too few wait-staff. I think the owners are trying to penny-pinch. Half of the time our table was searching for a waiter for drinks or meat. Then when we ordered a bottle of wine, the poor girl serving it to us didn't even know how to open the bottle. Makes you wonder how the heck they are training (or not training) their people.

Pleasantly surprised! I bought the groupon for dinner for two and made a reservation. Mario, the owner, was a pleasant man who seated us promptly. The bottles of wine included with the groupon were Frontera. No Bueno. I recommend paying an up charge for a little better. The salad bar has 31 items that all appeared fresh. The shrimp salad as well as the collard greens were good. There is chimichurri sauce on the bar for your meat if you like. The meat servers paid little mind to the red side of my card and kept offering sausages and steak. I most enjoyed bacon wrapped chicken and rare top sirloin. The grilled pineapple does help with digestion so don't skip it. If you are still not full, the dessert tray is impressive. The creme brûlée was a bit eggy but still delicious. Overall a fun and memorable dining experience.

I went here through Groupon and a friend recommending the food. This was the worse place I can recall eating. The food was completely season-less, the service was terribly slow and the management disappeared when they saw we were not happy. If I hadn't prepaid through groupon I would not have paid for that "meal". Avoid at all costs.

Great place for Brazilian steakhouse on a budget. The variety was diverse and the beef selections were all really good. This place has a casual atmosphere and the salad bar was fresh and the sides flavorful.

  • Stephanie A.

Outstanding!!! Highly recommend! I can't say enough positive things about this place! The service was amazing as was the food! The salad bar had items not on your typical salad bar, fresh mozzarella and other cheeses, beet salad, heart of palm, smoked salmon. The meats were incredible! Save room for all the meat choices. This was a great date night spot!

  • Neil B.

I used a groupon. I ate meat, skipped the salad (unless you consider pasta salad a salad), and everything was perfectly fine. Service was good for a Wednesday night. I am certainly not a veteran of Brazilian Steakhouses, but in comparison this one was just alright. Some of the pieces of meat were overcooked and dry, others were fresh and cooked just right. All in all, I'd go if you're craving meat, but that's about it.

We decided to go here after reading decent reviews and having eaten at a Brazilian steakhouse before.... if you've been to a good one, you won't stay here long. We took one look at the meat, one bite of the salad bar, one sip of the crappy wine and bailed. Didn't even want to try the meat after how terrible it looked. Don't waste your time here unless you are looking for a half step above golden corral.

  • Jesi B.

Pricey but delicious! It's pricey due to all the cuts of meat you can eat. It's unlimited and it's an experience. Very nice quality food.

I was hesitant to try this place out and was very pleasantly surprised. The meat served Brazilian style was done perfectly and the salad bar was very fresh and you have a very good selection. To top it off the service was very accommodating. We will be back!

My fiancé and I recently went there for our anniversary. He had never been to a Brazilian steakhouse before and considering I'm brazilian we decided to go. Our experience was outstanding. The staff was absolutely amazing, very friendly and attentive. Everything we asked the gauchos to bring they brought. The food was great and we couldn't get enough of the meat selection. The caipirinhas were perfectly made and tasty. At the end we got the privilege of meeting the owners who were absolutely great. Such a sweet couple and family. We felt very fortunate. The owner even made us a batida! So good. We are definitely going back and bringing friends and family. Definitely worth trying it out, don't let the people who only post bad reviews make you think otherwise. Great place.

Carnivor's delight! Friendly open shopping center location. Large diverse salad bar then comes the meat, tasty slices of many kinds right off the fire. The leg of lamb was mild and tender , the sausage very good a little different from west coast style but good. The beef was tender and flavorful, the pork ribs the same. The sugar and cinnamon crusted pineapple topped it off! Citizens of Charleston enjoy this counter point to all your wonderful sea food.

We were visiting the Charleston area and decided to give Cowboy a try. We were SO glad that we did! Bruce, our server, was so helpful with this being our first time in a Brazilian steakhouse. The meats fall apart in your mouth and the variety was excellent! Highly recommend it if you are in the area.

Went there with a group of friend after receiving their Groupon and WHAT A DEAl. I agree with everyone's comments, the cuts of meats were DELICIOUS. The rib eye and flank were the best, followed up by the leg of lamb and lamb chops. Other at my table were meat comatosed by filet mignon and chicken wrapped in bacon. The salad bar was delicious. My advice to anyone is to go with a plan like us. Do not eat for 2-3 days and expect to be sick due to overeating for a day or more!!!

Polite staff and great food. Limited selection on salad bar, but high quality ingredients make up for limited selections. Flavors are spot on. Clean and mantained facilities. Knowledgeable staff. Nice and peaceful ambience. A nice treat or date night spot. Fine for behaved kids and adults alike. Dress up or dress down. Will be back.

Went with my fiancé who is Brazilian to try it out, glad we did. The service was great and the food was even better. We tried over 12 different cuts and types of meat, each more delicious than the one before. The drink menu was authentic and each made to perfection. After the meal we were fortunate enough to meet the owners and their family, spoke in Portugese and english, must say what a great family with hearts of gold. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to be in a meat comma, don't let the price scare you at $31 a plate this is on the lower end of the price scale for a Brazilian steakhouse especially for the quality of meats that they serve.

The medium rare flank steak is the best meat on the menu. Followed closely by the Parmesan crusted pork. The Canyon Road cab was a great wine pairing. Holds up well to all the meats, but doesn't overpower. Plus all the goodies on the salad bar ( all you can eat smoked salmon and seasoned cold boiled shrimp - what??). And the house special, picanha, delish. Our server Raymond was attentive and friendly, even hooked me up with a free dessert and extra fried plantains, it being my birthday and all. The owner, Mario Hiraoka, came by to chat with us. Very friendly and informative. He's ethnically Japanese, but hails from Brazil - where there is a large expat community of about 1.8 million Japanese who have emigrated over the past century. Such a lovely and gracious man! Back to the dining experience here's a pro tip: share some of the meats with your dining companion so you have enough room to sample everything. I'll leave you with this last suggestion: caipirinha...
